Oh no. No.

You don't get to claim that four people's hard work and recognition is all a lie and a fabrication and then say you're just a spectator. Disbelieve if you want, fine. Be skeptical. That's healthy. You are not being skeptical. You are calling them liars. You have lost any ability to claim to be a mere spectator.

Take that weak-ass Truther bullshit out of here.

As amusing as the hand-wringing over where the blame lies for the increased aggression is to watch, surely the relevant question is why a larger number of Circadian Seekers than is usually seen together chose a singular station in a singular empire system to congregate around.

Any chance we might return to the OP's key revelation rather than wallow in the banal pretense of the self-hating capsuleer?

Nice piece. From the original report I wasn't clear on whether there was any initial aggression shown by the Seekers in Amarr. They primarily function in a scout role don't they?

This is alerting. But I am glad it happened.

I will not reveal the details, but I also recieved a mission from the Empire in relation with this event.

"I give to you the destiny of Faith,

And you will bring its message to every planet of every star in the heavens:

Go forth, conquer in my Name, and reclaim that which I have given."

The Seekers were indeed in a scout role.

Then Drifters appeared in an aggresive role.

"I give to you the destiny of Faith,

And you will bring its message to every planet of every star in the heavens:

Go forth, conquer in my Name, and reclaim that which I have given."

- The Scriptures, Book of Reclaiming 22:13

On a scale of 'Nothing' to 'It's over' I believe we are in the 'Happening' phase.

Oh Amarr... What is it with you and annoying spooky elder races?

Luna, Mithra, Maria... You guys can totally crash at our place.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Ha! Thought so!

Now real talk

If the Drifters are truly planning a attack then i have to question "Why amarr?"...Seems like they are focusing their forces in Amarr space..Preparing?

But if i had to take a guess at a reason...i guess i would say to harvest the corpses of the Amarr's vast population...wild guess

EDIT: That or they are tired of NAUGs....and if thats the case then by all means Drifters please carry on

Liberty Vanguard stands ready to assist in any capsuleer effort to engage the Drifters.

Should we be able to assist in any way, do not hesitate to send directive to myself with any pertinent information.

Wow, little bit of angst there, Ms Dellacorte.

Okay then, we'll play by your rules.

I sent my sister tonight to Empire space where she, alongside a friend, engaged not one but two Drifters solo in an experiment that lasted a few hours. It took her three Cerberus class HACs to perfect the technique, but she eventually managed to get a Drifter into 30% armor solo before getting greedy and losing capacitor. At which point she allowed Artemis to get too close.

Had she bounced out and back with fresh cap instead of getting greedy then she'd have killed him all by herself. Before I allow her to go wasting a fifth ship in another attempt I think that's a good result and she, and I, should get some rest.

So, now I'm not longer a spectator, I will reiterate my personal opinions on the Autopsy matter. Happy?

By the way, when was the last time you had a Drifter almost into structure solo Ms Dellacorte?

How droll,

The answer to your question of course is that it's Amarr. Population, resources, these things are important. But considering the CONCORD classification that the Drifters are tied to the Jove, Amarr are still the young upstarts that tried to attack the Jove once. So it could be personal, or punitive, or it could be a corrupted memory bank or it could be some other retribution. Or maybe they want that weapon that took out the Republic fleet? Or it could be a case of taking out the biggest bully in the Academy yard.

Don't be so quick to cheer for the fall of Amarr, Mister Yaken. A force powerful enough to destroy Amarr will roll over Caldari on its way to squashing the Federation. The Republic to them would be like swatting a fly. If this is the start of a war and the Drifters start fielding their own versions of Carriers, Dreadnoughts and Titans, then by this time next year we'll all be living in NullSec.

At least I have my little slice of Heaven.

Of course that's assuming that there are any of us left alive.

These things came out of Wormhole space, didn't they? If they're tough enough to roll the Empires, then you guys and null aren't even a speedbump to them.

Maker. You guys are anything but spectators. If I were you, I'd probably be super-paranoid at this point...

1 Apollo, 3 Artemis spotted at Bhizheba Gate in Amarr.

Take note that Bhizheba has an Amarr Navy Station within.

If there's anything I learned tonight after hearing of my sister's experience, it's that my friend's theories and research are all right on the mark. Defeating these things is simple mathematics, and once you learn the equation it doesn't seem to be too hard (though it is a costly exercise working out the equation, I'll admit...).

The problem is they adapt, as we know, so you need to rethink your math after a while. Oh well.

Math has never been my strong point, or my sisters, and that's why she took our friend who is unable to pilot a Cerberus, but just so happens to be the most experienced Drifter hunter I know of. She told my sister the theory and my sister put it into practice. My sister reported she had a rather enjoyable night too and is proud of herself for how far she got.

The thing with Anoikis though, since this entire matter began with Caroline's Star, is nothing has changed here for us. Except of course the appearance of Thera and some shattered wormhole systems. Whatever the Drifters are looking for seems anchored in Empire space. As far back as I can remember people have said "Don't you worry about the sleepers?" and my response to that is essentially the same when asked about the Drifters - I'll worry when they're sieging my control tower.

Until then, business as usual here in sunny Anoikis.
