Test Server Feedback

Alright.

This is the second time i can not participate in a masstest, therefore i can not get some skillpoints to test some things for my future path in eve.
Quite frankly, im pissed.

The issue: Guess what, the launcher.
The launcher simply refuses to do anything.
Its not downloading nor installing any kind of patch for the launcher or the client itself.
For the launcher patching i downloaded the manual install .exe from the helpdesk which patched the launcher just fine.

BUT:
The launcher still doesnt download the needed patch for the game which makes it unplayable for me.
Not only on the testserver but also for the tranquility server from time to time.

Once i have the patch on tranquility, i am mostly forced to use the exefile backup method which is kind of a solution but lets be honest.
Thats bullsh*t to say the least.

For the testserver: No chance at all.
Launcher never starts downloading the client patches properly, even on the newest version.
The statusbar doesnt even barely move nor does it show anything like "Downloading Launcher Update" or anything else.

Please, for the sake of this game, bring back a method to manually patch the client of both tranquility and SiSi.

The testserver client is stuck at version 879216 and therefore the exefile backup method doesnt work for the testserver as the server refuses the connection because the version of the client is outdated.
Next thing, the repair tool.
I DID make a shortcut of the repair tool inside my testserver directory, added /server:Singularity (i also tried /server:87.237.38.50) and ran it.

It gets stuck at approximately 79% every single time.
Leaving it like that doesnt do anything, even after 5! hours there nothing else happening.
After i manually patched the launcher the repair tool runs through its procedure, giving me a simple "done" at the end.
Launcher not working, exefile says wrong version.

This essentially means: If your launcher and the repair tool fails, you´re f*cked!
Same for the TQ server: If both things dont work, you pay for a game you can´t actually play.
At this point i am really considering to stop playing the game, not only on the testserver, and i know at least 20 people who are thinking the same.

I know i am repeating myself but i am disappointed to infinity
Please provide a method to manually patch the client of the testserver and TQ.
There was a thread for this some time ago, use that one or what not.

Earlier today i read you will reverse any "stolen" assets if a corporation was "robbed" because of the bug in the new corporation roles management tab which was hotfixed and i thought: Wow, thats some quality customer care here.
So, please dont bail on me here
