how to get a new character on the test server?

I have had this toon now for almost 2 months. Do I need to wait for another mirror in order to use it on the test server? I have asked multiple times in the 'please re-activate" threads on this forum. If I am missing a step please fix me. When I log into this account on the test server, my original characters are present, and this one isn't. Have I missed a step in getting this toon to sync? Thanks for your consideration.

yes you have to wait for the mirror if its a new character transferred at least in the past few months =/

There should be a mirror relatively soon I would think, they generally do one every couple of months. Especially with the new sov changes coming up and all the testing that will probably happen for that, I would imagine there would be a mirror before the June 2nd update, but that's just speculation. They are somewhat secretive about them so people can't somehow exploit them I think.

Sorry didn't have a chance to check this forum 'till now. I just logged into the test server and this character still is not on the roster, so that means a mirror is required. Thanks for the input from those of you who responded.
