Two plex is going to cost a player 1.6+ to even transfer the character so you're going to need to up your budget again

Have a look here and see if you could come up with 3b for me.

A fine starter with most base skills injected and nearly all at level 4. Two remaps, +4 implants and no corp history. Pure combat focus with no non-combat skills injected.
