If the new star map is no longer in Beta, why do i still have a big red B over my map icon?

Using the new star map to scan down cosmic sigs is also a pain.

Simply because as you gain resolution and the location is narrowed to a red dot/yellow traingle/green, it's lost amongst all the stacking icons if the sig happens to be close to planets (which they usually are) and even if its not close to celestials, its hidden behind the darn probe icon tile itself. Give the unscanned sigs No1 priority in the stacking order.

Why does the probe icon tiles have to be as big as the other icons for planets? I don't need to have this fat big tile telling me a probe is there... stick to using the the old tiny pixel green block.

There was also occasions where sigs that I was trying to scan down, for some reason didn't update into the Probe scanner window, the signal strength stayed at 0 while my probes had already narrowed it down to red dot (5 to 35 percent about) in the new map. I had to first go onto scanning other sigs, going out of the map, and going back in to get it working again.

The new map is pretty and I love it for visualizing K-space, but at the moment, not endearing itself to me as a wormhole resident.
