How to Activate Skins????

I logged in today and noticed I had a Punisher Kador skin to redeem (presumably because I had a Kador Punisher docked), and a Sarum Magnate skin. I can not figure out how to activate either. I am sitting here in my Punisher, trying to figure it out. I've looked in the fitting window, right clicking the ship in the dock, in the station, outside the station. I've tried messing around with the Skins thing on my character sheet.

Yes, I right clicked the redeemed items and hit "Activate". Now I am lost.

CCP usually likes to blast our screens with all new features enabled by default, this major skin change however they chose to really hide well. Took me some time and re-reading blogs to find the little arrows. Sometimes I wonder...

I trying to activate ship skin right click and Activate bat dont work skin isn't activated
