Oh noes!

Is there a good YouTube-canal in order to watch some introduction videos on Eve?

I hate to be the one to say this because it sounds like a blow off answer and in a way it might be. However I think I would serve you best with giving my two cents here.

Eve is a very deep game also is a sandbox and an MMO. Because of these factors there is no one way and not even any right way to play the game. So I can not, and would doubt anyone else could, direct you to one spot. Eve is not like other MMOs where I can tell you to go to outlands at level 58 or something like that. Eve is a game about exploring. Not just exploring space but exploring the game and it's many aspects.

That being said I've seen some youtube videos that do a halfway decent job of telling you some of the things that you need to know. I've not bookmarked any of them because I've watched quite a few looking for one that I could link in this exact situation and all the ones that I have seen seem lacking or misleading in some way or another. I debated making one myself but sometimes I tend to talk over the heads of some newer players when I try to help them so I don't think I'm the best guy for it.

No matter where you go there will be good info and bad and you will need to learn to sift through stuff and find your own playstyle. Eve is a game of trial and error in many ways and in the end you'll have to do your research and then try stuff out and come to your own conclusions on a lot of stuff.

EveUni wiki is a good place to start when you have specific questions. In general I can say if you have played other MMOs then you would be best served by having some type of memory wipe done as most of that experience will work against you in Eve. Come to this game with an open mind and an exploratory or experimental attitude and you'll be ok.

Oh and probably most importantly you should note that YOU are the content in Eve.

some youtube searches you could try:
Eve new player guide
Things new players need to know about Eve
Things people don't tell you about Eve

Keep in mind some of these post could be dated and have old info. For example CCP recently removed having to upgrade clones to not loose skill points. That is no longer in the game and not something that you need to worry about. That kind of stuff is why I don't have a good link for you.

Scott Manley has a good, if slightly dated, new-player how-to.

Here it is.

Overheat Keyboards! Load Rage posts! Prepare for a long, seething, back and forth about irrelevant things!

If you can find good videos then good for you. But to be honest, I would advise you to bite the bullet, sit down and read the written tutorials. Written information has a higher density (and often higher quality) than videos and god knows there is enough of it, so you want to take it in as quickly as possible.

Even though he hasn't uploaded in a year or two, I've really been enjoying EvECoPilot. He covers a lot of beginner through advanced topics with good detail and has really helped me out with learning about fleet tactics and fits in particular.

Here's the link to his starter tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5E18525698AA2458 (mining, ratting, missions) - Note that these tutorials were filmed a while ago, and while the information is very good and still relevant the interfaces look slightly different. Ignore the stuff about "learning skills" they no longer exist.

Like someone above said, Scott Manley is also good. He has a very detailed starter guide that goes through like everything you'll encounter when you first start.

The MWD Cloak trick(really useful): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aWtH1h7mSPA&list=PL5MjNZ5-Q1Cd-ZtyqrU4s4dPQ2uBJcUsG&index=1

Docking/Undocking tips: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0EwSogS8DZY&list=PL5MjNZ5-Q1Cd-ZtyqrU4s4dPQ2uBJcUsG&index=2

Understanding what to do in a fleet/ How to be useful/ What is the FC telling you to do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQIZCMgUUsE

JonnyPew covers exploration really well among other things, here is a link to one of his beginner videos that will help you learn how to make some ISK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zExAWUEYV30&index=12&list=PLwFpMhZDCXwHoiUFGXhmaRd8K5d1J6sv1

As was also mentioned above, EVE is a very detail oriented game and it's very difficult to cover everything. Therefore I would recommend watching several different videos on the same topic to try and get as good as an overview as possible without missing anything.

This is pretty much the case, the videos and channels are great but you're going to benefit from just reading the damn text walls.
