Repair tool returns no errors. Resource cache check returns no errors. Launcher says client ready. This happens if I use the launcher or exefile. I'm utterly at a loss. Help?

Running exefile.exe as administrator apparently works. Why? Who knows. There's no reason that should make a file hash differently. Still confused, but at least I can log in.
