allow it also to capture offline control towers without wardeccing and blowing them up. on succeful capture you can simply unanchor it and use in somewhere else.

would go as follows

5minutes second cycle for small towers
15 minutes for second cycle for medium towers
30 minutes for second cycle for large towers
5 minutes for evry other pos structure except control towers itself so hangars,weapons etc.

I would somewhat agree with the above only if the corp was at war and a notice was sent to the owner when the attempt at capture was initiated.

Capture time needs to be longer than 5 min as that's easy mode, maybe less time needed than to bash it as it still needs to be a grind not a give-me.

Tower can still be onlined while the attempt at capture is in effect then capture should be nullified and it will have to be bashed like normal.

Whomever is making the last few years decisions on what changes are to be implemented in this game, must hate Eve with all their being.

It should be mobile structure (something like Mobile Siphon Unit).
You deploy it next to offline POS and wait at least 24 hours.
Owner should be notified and if he online the POS capturing will be cancelled.
If capture is successful you can unanchor it.
"Mobile Entosis Unit" :) should work only on POS not for defense or other POS structures (like hangars).
