Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Seriously can we atleast get the old launcher back before this shared resource crap 99% of people out there have more then enough HD space for more then 1 client if they want it and since you CCP released the newer launcher with this shared resource crap most of my systems have refused to start most patch days rescache repair does nothing but force me to download 8+ gigs of data repeatedly and most of the time it comes down to me needing to delete eve and redownload it form scratch hell last time I gave up one of my my laptops completely given it took me 4 hours to get it to run right on my main system. In the past it was rare to get the offline mode since the change to the shared resource junk you guys forced on us I keep getting it almost every time you guys patch.
