Wasn't sure if this was a ruse or not, but I wanted to buy some of those skins and now I'm a bit weary of doing so until CCP irons out the kinks.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
