[SOLVED] Two-Phase authentication verification code never accepted

Hi,

I'm having an issue to enable the two-phase authentication on an account

I had first to re-verify my email address(?), after that I enable two-phase authentication.
The website tells an email is sent which is correct.

After some time I get an e-mail with a code but each time I enter it the system tells me the code is invalid. I tried a few times and I also copy/pasted the number but each time I don't get it verified.

Is this a know issue atm ?

PS. A ticket is logged for the concerned account as well.

Little update:

Tried with another account --> Same thing

Could it be there are issues with accounts sharing the same email address?

Update 2

Problem is solved. Issue had to do with the verification mail with the code arriving too late due too settings on my mailbox.
So when entering it the code was already disabled again.

After disabling spam tools on the mailbox (which causes delivery delay) I got it within the time frame when the code is valid
