Of course I am unable to repeat this because the patch is now downloaded for me. But I noticed that the percentage was sitting at 100% the whole time it was downloading. ie: 138 mb / 168 mb 100%. Maybe I am reading it wrong or something. Either way it's not that big of a deal. The patch downloaded fine. Just thought I would mention it.
