If it's an alt on a Goon acct, don't expect a reply or action. Since they don't enforce the EULA with them.

This is 100% true.

Now the real question, exactly how many Devs have alts in Goonswarm?

*Tinfoil hat time*

How many alts do Devs have that's under someone else name?

And what info do the Devs give them over systems that CCP Internal Affairs cannot monitor?

The nifty thing about a EULA is it can be changed retroactively!

Hi ElQuirko,

Yes, your petition is in the queue and a GM will get to it as soon as possible. I cannot give you a specific date or time when this will happen but you are not being ignored Smile

Also to note that because your petition is appertaining to another player of the game, their privacy policy holds them from unleashing any details to you about how/if he is punished.

I ran into this road block countless times while petitioning a bunch of people who were using an obvious exploit.

(Jumping corp in space to gain tactical advantage)

And before I get swarmed with twats thinking they know the ruling overturned corp jumping in and out of wars as free game, there is a specific sentence in that dev blog that states "Doing this while logged in and in space to gain the element of surprise, is still considered an exploit"

There were several occasions where they were successful and even more when they weren't... they even flaunted this in chat with us, stating "we've been doing this for a year now"

We were refunded ships that died to the tactic, but the scumbags still play the game and use the same tactic on different people. I guess CCP don't care about people exploiting.

Sorry to have hijacked your thread, just once I got started I couldn't stop.

I wouldn't know...
And I'm not going to pay 1-2 Bil "down-payment" while my application "gets processed"

So I'm going to have to take your word for it...

Yes, let me go through the 3 month initiation to be a good little goon-boy

Because NC Nap train under a new flag will be much better received. CCP made thier position clear when they held off on super cap nerfs untill NC was burned, just like the held off on other burnings before they nerfed out inside POS doomsdays.

EVE doesn't need more allies, it needs more enemies but right now your options are $70 a month to play add in Plex purchases or have no life grinding ISK in incursions with 90% base buffers. (takes longer) or macro an account in brain bleeding "content".

Oh yea, EULA.
Read it. It pretty much says go **** yourself.

Can you link me anything from CCP that states that? (offical site please) And NC is still standing, but yet Super Caps were nerfed.

The only way for you to know how any of my transactions is if you're a CCP alt. Chances are that you're not, BUT in the slim chance that you are you should see on my transactions that I don't buy PLEX with IRL cash...
