The forum hardmen who think being caustic, offensive and demeaning to others is somehow "cool" and "edgy" because eve is "harsh".

So many good conversations stifled as a result.

When the mods change icons and ship 'basic' designs to something totally different.

Upgrading and adjusting the design (eg Maller and Appoc) are brilliant steps forward. Totally changing the actual ethos of the ship? (Blackbird, and even to some degree Raptor), not required.

I can feel your pain ...

Or just think about onlineing and offlineing silos to fill them up:
Offline silo -> wait for Inventory reset/update -> click the right silo again (only happens if you "chain" offline them) -> put stuff in it -> click online -> wait until the inventory resets aka flickers -> continue until all silos are done.

lately lags + mechanics around it is what makes me mad. I understand internetz and all thus stuff. But why CCP made huge part of the game based on fast reactions and spammed buttons - i don't understand.

I'm really not sure that many players spamming buttons make servers happy. Why it is really needed? I dunno. But it is what makes me mad.


A ship that comes out of warp is always going to be invulnerable, whether the server lags or you lag or the internet lags or the pope dies. It's just how that works.
