Odd deviation lately when rolling wormholes?

I've been living in wormhole space for now coming up on about a year, and just the last couple of months I have been finding that the mass of wormholes has become a lot more inconsistent than previously, particularly as my pufferfish HIC is concerned. Has anyone else been seeing this behavior?

1. I'm noticing my HIC is collapsing on the outbound much more frequently than should be statistically possible. I never once had it collapse on outbound until a couple months ago, but it's started occurring very frequently. Today for example I had 2 collapses on a E545 (2m t) on an outbound puffer trip at only 360 t . A couple weeks ago I had the same HIC get locked out two rolls in a row even. This time I kept the fitting window up before jumping out and never once did I miss a bubble (at least as far as the UI is concerned). Is anyone else seeing this over the last month or two? Is there something I'm missing here?

2. I had the same E545 collapse before crit from 130,800 t. Even at -10% it should have a crit of 180,000. Is there an additional deviation on crit that I'm not accounting for?

They do funky things recently. Had a hole (2bil) going massed after 1bil. It then persisted to beyond 2.1bil. At the end of the day, just HICing it anyways.

Oh ya same, I had a crit take 6 HIC passes a bit ago, on a 2bil. Glad I'm not the only one then who's been seeing them act wonky.

2 bil hole getting massed at 1 bil?! That IS strange!
bottom line is people who can't do maths have been complaining about wh masses since forever. They have a random factor, deal with it.

Haha fail troll has failed to math, or read, possibly both. The point he was making is there seems to be a fairly substantial deviation in both points that up until now have been static relative to the +/-10% max mass.

In other words, those of us who can math have noticed a difference Blink

I managed to roll a wormhole where I had less mass than crit readout

My mass: 296m kg
It was still reading half massed (checked twice on two toons both sides)
Crit is 300m kg or less
Managed to collapse it...

Yeah I noticed that as well. I got my hic rolled out two times in two days.

Also a couple days before that when I was hicsing a hole, while I was waiting out a timer a wild buzzard appeared, jumped through and closed the hole.


In any case, from now on I am not jumping anything with less than 5 bubbles.
