Aside from leadership skills. What skills do for a perfect off grid booster? I was thinking of a tengu/loki, do I need to max all the subsystems? Also any skills that makes my ship harder to probe?

Navigation and agility. Tanking, fitting and rigging skills as needed. You don't need all the subsystems maxed for off-grid. Racial compensation skill. You might want to come up with your planned fit and work back from there.

Here's an off-grid boosting tutorial that may be helpful.

Thanks for the guide. just wondering why do they fit sensor arrays? don't they just help reduces the ship's vulnerability to jamming? also as far as subsystems go, what the minimum/recommended levels to train them to? I don't really wanna max them if its not neccesary so I dont lose a bunch of xp incase I get blown up.

the ECCM arrays have the side effect of reducing your signature radius, making you harder to scan down with combat probes.

ECCM doesn't reduce your sig radius.

However, the difficulty of probing a ship is tied to the sig radius and the sensor strength of the target - so increasing your sensor strength increases the difficulty.

Thanks for this, does this include the 4 sensor compensation skills like ladar, radar, etc...?

Also anyone got a recommended level of subsystem I should train my tengu for?

I have cs 5 too but I was under the impression that tengus are the best OGB being nullified, hard to probe, 5 links, etc...

Kinda risky to bring a cs OGB thru nullsec with gate camps and stuff.

not much null experience but i would say its depending on situation which is better and as u already train for it it might be a good choice to go for both types

In addition to the others mentioned, train Moral Fortitude to at least IV, so that when OGB is removed, as it wi be, we don't have to read your tearful threats, complaints and predictions of eve's death.

Thanks in advance

You only need to train the one that applies to the faction of the ship you are flying. IV is probably sufficient.

V? In reality you could minimally train some of the like 'offensive'.

Waterproofing V to protect you from all the tears of people complaining about OGB.
