Is PIE's Amarr Lore Compilation Up to Date?

I am wondering whether anyone can confirm that PIE's collection of Amarr lore is up to date? I am trying to fill any holes in my Amarr PF knowledge and I noticed that the topic is locked. Is there anything that should have been added but cannot be because of that lock? Thanks.
