Me Again, Another Plex Story

So I bought another plex less than a week ago. And received a confirmation e-mail from Eve. On the 24th the money was cleared by my bank and is in my transaction history. I've sent proof of both these things to support via screenshots, but I keep getting told to go to my bank as they're the problem. Not sure they understand that once the money is cleared the bank can't do anything and it becomes Eve's responsibility.

I'm sorry to, once again, bother the forum with this, but I honestly don't know where to go.

Actually, more helpful and knowledgeable posters did help me last time in spite of a ticket being open, but thanks for your 'contribution'.

We can't really help you without the stats on your bank. I mean, if it's one of these low cost jobs, with known performance issues you can't really expect us to help. However, if it's one of these new, high end banks, I'd expect it to suck my money down like a vacuum cleaner on steroids, then regurgitate out a, "The government made me do it," as an explanation.

There just isn't anything that can be said!

Do yourself a favor and get yourself a paypal account. A transfer from your bank account to paypal usually takes only 2-3 days.

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

ive had paypal fail when buying plex and subscriptions, came out my account but still said processing in my account and it was actually failed, i had to recall the money in paypal. this was due to the page not being refreshed after a failed payment (forgot to transfer funds)

Sucks mate, especially if u in between 2 entities not talkign to eachother and u need too be the liason, make screenshots, oost them online private, add the links too the support ticket, so ccp sees the money is gone from u towards them.

if support ticket didnt solve your problem . determine where is problem. if its related your bank > eve then you have to contact the bank that recevied your money that later go to eve. if evrything else fails then have no idea. but looks to me like bank issue.

Just nitpicking but you need to be precise in these matters.
Your problem is not with "EVE" and your bank but between the company that makes amongst others EVE (which is CCP) and your bank.

Ask for escalation on your ticket so someone higher up will look at it, mention you've submitted all the proof that shows you've paid for the PLEX and they've collected the payment, then threaten to report fraudulent accounting to whatever government oversight agencies they have in Iceland and / or EU and to the general game-reporting media sites.

Been playing for a long time, have bought lots of plex, have never once had an issue. Im not sure what you did to have this happen multiple times to be honest. Use Paypal, it seems to have a 100% success rate.

A lot of banks have flagged CCP as a illegal/bad/terrorist/foreign corporation. Because of that, often, the transaction does not go through and sometimes even gets your bank account frozen (in my case my credit card). It's even shown to have taken money, when in fact it hasn't... (it gets stuck between your bank and CCP's banks).

Don't ask why, it's been like that for years, with multiple different banks. Go talk to your bank, get your money back if its been frozen/actually left the bank.

Then get yourself a paypal account and make the purchase again via paypal. <-- Never had an issue that way.

You should tell CCP about this so they cancel the transaction at their end too.

Been around since the beginning.

What exactly been CCP told you? You should get that reply and bring to your bank and explain what was happened. Azk your bank to check once again the transaction details. Let you bank support get in touch wifh CCP bank (recepient of your money) and check with them what could possibly went wrong. Then you could request an official withdrawn pro ess from one beneficiary to another.

Let's see how it goes.

P.S. this game is deff doesn't deserve real money. You should find a way of how to earn enough ingame credits to plex your account anx ha e enough to buy the rest of fhe things. (imao)

You can go to your bank and ask them to get the money back if you haven't waited like 3 months
