Hello,

I can't log into SISI. My account has been active over a month now.

I have posted on the thread to get my account moved over twice and people who have posted after me have been moved over.

Before it would just tell me that my username/password is wrong (I have checked this at least 43 times).

Today I can get past the username/password, but fail at the character name section. I have tried the names of both of my characters and neither work. I haven't changed my password since before my reactivation.

I would really like to join the test server. Please look into this issue as soon as possible and reply with any tips I can try in this thread.
