Markets aren't seeded upon request, as far as I know. You will have to find a station that has been seeded.

Seeding is done when the server is mirrored, thus the only way to get a seeded outpost is to have it on TQ

i really get tird of people butting in with me asking ccp something.
i have seen ccp fix it so there station will do what im asking them to do to mine.
so i know they can its a matter of if they will.
so stop butting in on something that has nothing to do with yall.

Public forum, I'm simply saving CCP the time of saying no.

I've asked numerous times when testing outposts I built to get them seeded, CCP said no because it was too much work, deal with it.
