Can't find settings in new installation!

Ever since the shared cache installation I can't find my settings folder. I've now got a new system, but I can't find the settings in my old system to migrate over to the new one. Where do I find the settings? Because god damn I don't want to spend hours setting up my overview and everything else just like it was. Please hlep!
