Ganglinks and capital reps.

Do the ganglinks that effect cap usage and cycle time effect capital reps at all because i know only implants that state they effect capitals work with caps but im not so sure about ganglinks.

Pretty sure capital mods are excluded from warfare link module bonuses. Implant bonuses work, afaik (Slaves, gang leader mindlinks, etc)

I believe the links effect capital RR modules but not the local ones.
