Failed to download update for EVE Online Launcher

This is only happening with SISI.
When I try to use the .EXE to login it just says "can't connect to socket xxxxxxx.
Tried importing the patch from the tranquility install - Validating client: 0.0% - is as far as it gets.

Not sure if it has anything to do with the Tranquility launcher message about it being a pre-release Eve Launcher. It at least allows me to login.

My opinions are mine.

It really is getting harder and harder to justify $23 a month for each sub.
