Frazetta #3 Wow, the guy was in New Jersey, USA, 1978 or something. If he can do that, anything imaginable whatsoever is possible. Smile Go you humans! Smile

Those are quite awesome, the second reminds me of oblibion.

The third would be awesome as a painting on my wall. The problem is that my brain decided to see her taking a **** on the cat, but still i would definitely like to have that Big smile

Kinda off-topic, but related to Frazetta's health issues...

I knew a guy who was born on the same day as me, in the same city, just a few hours apart. While studying at High school, he was one of the most talented natural born artists I've seen -he would be drawing 24/7, sketching, on every piece of paper. We were kinda puzzled how he wasn't pursuing an arts career because the guy really lived to draw and paint. Then he changed his studies and he ended sharing the same course as my younger sibling.

Then one day, he went swimming with some friends. It was night and water was calm and warm, typical autmun beach night in my city. He dived into the water from a breakwater and after a minute or so his friends noticed he was floating still in the water. They rescued him inmediately, called the ambulance, was taken to hospital. While diving, he had landed heads-on on a rock (that's why you NEVER dive from a breakwater, children!) and broke his C7 vertebra, with severe damage to the spinal chord. He lost movement to his legs permanently, and kept only partial movement on his right arm and hand, and limited sensitiveness but no movement on the left arm and hand. He was left-handed and so he effectively lost the ability to draw...

...until he struggled with what was left of his right arm. It took him two years of rehabilitation until he could fine control a brush and be able to paint with his right hand. He could hold a pencil with it too, but in an awkward angle which made difficult to draw. Oh, and he eventually took Art studies before we lost track of his doings.

Each time I hear something about astrology, destiny and that bullsh*t, I think of that guy, who was born just hours apart from me, and how much different have been our lives...

I am happy and envious of people with that kind of artistic talent.

Just amazing....

I happen to have in my possession a large coffee table book with all of his art shown on hand crafted paper.

Inside the front cover is a short note to my dad and Frank Frazetta's signature.

My dad was a huge Frazetta fan and bought the book and had it signed at one of his appearances.

Frazetta is an amazing artist with a huge collection.

That´s like THE BEST stuff there is in the Art friend! For me anyway, everything else is just pale, gray, monotone and soul less ... Even with my hoarded e-collection of scanned PDF´s of the classics , I honestly yearn to read them in real paper.

Awesome sharing :)

More people should read/see those! +1
