if at war the timer for redocking after just undocking should be increased by a factor of 10. also the aggresed corp/alliance could also grow a pair and organise and actually fight back. remember kids, inter corp communication is a good thing.

Just transfering aggression timers so that neutral logi can't dock will stop a lot of the stupidity that comes with highsec station games.

The rest: meh. We get plenty of kills on stations; usually without the use of RR (I think we've fielded a lone RR alt four times in all the engagements I've been in). It's all about getting your opponent to engage and then bringing overwhelming force on them before they realize their mistake and get back in the station.
