Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Good morning capsuleers.

I'm having a bit of difficulty living in my wormhole as of this morning. The moment I try to move my probes in the star map, my game crashes. I've tried resetting settings and clearing all cache, and that worked for a moment, but now it's gotten to a point where just sitting in space causes me to crash. I've tried the eve repair tool, but to no avail. I've now tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and that too did not fix the issue, in fact that only made it worse (to the point where sitting in my pos makes me crash. I am now downloading the missing 62,786 files that rescache.exe says I have yet to download, and will see where that puts me. If anyone has any advice or fixes I'm desperate to know them. Living in a wormhole without the ability to move probes makes things impossible.
