Yes, I use it since Rischwa backported PLH to .net 4.0 for wine compability in version 1.5 (in fact I was alpha-testing the new version with rischwa since I had kept bugging him about making a linux compatible version :D)

It runs under wine flawlessly and works really well.

To get it to run you need to create a 32 bit prefix which you use to run plh & eve (must run in the same prefix).
Install .net 4.0 and corefonts via winetricks into the prefix
install winbind package into your linux distro
install PLH

The instructions are on the webpage as well: http://eve-plh.com/#/plhOnWine

When running setup.exe I get a wine explorer window with some XML instead of, well, setupWhat?

EDIT: it works in a new prefix though. Wondering what's not to like about the current one.

EDIT2: had to switch windows version to XP and do winetricks --force dotnet40
