When you say you look for industrial pilots, you mean only industrial or also ratting?

Is there requirement for PvP participation? I'm more like carebear than pvp pilot :)

I stopped doing manufacturing after the price shifted and manufacturing changes, but I still got the skills and I can help with installing production jobs if you want.

With the demise of renting alliances, BLK-S is stepping up our humanitarian efforts and offering homes to these poor nullsec orphans.

Yes, we're a PvP/Industry corp, so everyone is expected to participate in PvP even if they're an industry character, but if you have very little PvP skills trained we will give you the time and guidance you need before we throw you into the crucible of PvP. We also have systems in place that allow purely Industry/PvE characters to contribute to corp.
