Logged on this morning to find my (not very competitively priced) 500 units had sold in Dodixie, 200 to a person from RVB, 200 to a person with 5.0 sec status (wasn't expecting that...) and the rest in dribs and drabs. Elsewhere the guns have spiked from 3900k to 4800k (Jita) with only one blocking order under 4700k, my 401 units in Uedama.

There has been no spike in the primary components of NBC2s, which are trending down or neutral in price (in order, they are Robotics, Particle Accelerator Unit, Tritanium, Mexallon). So the spike is demand driven.

My alliance kinda wants these to fall in price again, so if people want to make ISK, building NBC2s might be an idea.

I have been making a pretty steady stream of light neutron blaster II's over the past few weeks, as part of my initial foray into Industry/Trading, it's a small scale enterprise so far, but growing :)

I am finding that over the past few days the buy and sell orders in Sinq are looking a little high (not complaining!); After buying through a few chunks of Particle Accelerators on my local market in prep for my next builds, I did see a fairly sharp spike upwards, thankfully I had just about got what I needed. You do need a whole bunch of them per unit built!

Light Neutrons have pretty steadily high volume, could be that someone(s) is making some type of play or it could perhaps just be a recent flurry of... neutron activity, resulting in higher demand ?

LNB2s are profitable and very high turnover items (My alliance might use a few...).

For Particle Accelerator Units, I generally go to Jita and buy 50000 or more at a time and just get a courier to ship them to where I build. (50k PAUs is excessive for LNB2s where one character running 10 lines uses only 890 each time you start a job, but I use 7600 units at a time - 19 lines of NBC2s running 12 run BPCs). You can build them yourself but the margin on them tends to be super-low.

LNB2s are indeed spiking. I'm not sure what is behind it, but all of the T2 blasters are going up now. I'm not complaining, as I have about ten billion ISK worth of them in stock on the market.

Light Neutron Blasters are used a lot by people in the Cal/Gal warzone, especially by GalMil, 90% of their things are blaster boats.

They are indeed - demand from FW and gankers is high on LNB2s all the time.

I have no idea who was responsible for the NBC2 spike though. They are still 15% above recent trend in Jita and 22% in Dodixie.
