The easiest way to join Goons is probably to join KarmaFleet.

Maybe someday that will lead elsewhere. Maybe not, but who cares if you are having fun wherever you are.

If he did that and recorded it, I think one of our corps would have to let him in, just because he'd already be more funny than 90% of Goons.
