New Skins system next week, sell Quafe skins now or after?

The given reason I've seen (on reddit) was that the Quafe versions have different stats then the base versions, so they'll remain different ships for now.

They will remain as is, apparently. Makes sense for ships that have so few floating around.

Thats like what 25-30$ real life for a freaking frigate skin? There are a lot that are more than 1 plex too. You need to buy plex with real money then like use conversion rate of like dual training cert or something but yeah holy ******* **** bro.

What's really funny is with the new Aurum price packages, you'd have to spend at least $35 to out-right buy a 4300 AUR frigate skin.

It has to do with the faction type ships vs. skins to make non faction ships look faction.

If that logic didn't apply to avatar clothes, it doesn't apply here. Again, how can you justify these massive SKIN prices if you hated avatar clothing pricing? The clothes are technically permanent just like skins (can only be destroyed if in ship cargo or manually trashed), so that is not an argument.
