When I spotted in alliance forums a corp was offering alliance mates the chance to "vacation" an make isk with a short term stay in their wh I jumped in.

Its nice having multiple exits to different places and having a good income to back up your terrible habits of buying and losing toys. WHs are also unforgiving to the assholes who don't scan, don't pvp, and don't work as a team player, so its a natural weed-out tool!
