Is this a suitable C2 wormhole POS fit?

Hi,

My friends and I are finally deciding to take the plunge and set up a POS in w-space. Lacking knowledge in the wormhole POS fit meta we've read up on guides on how to set up such a POS, however, we're hellbent on including a reaction chain to offset the cost of fuel, which complicates matters somewhat. This is the fit we've come up with:

1 x Compression Array (Offline unless needed)

1 x Corp Hangar Array
1 x Ship Maintenance Array

2 x Stasis Webification Battery
2 x Warp Scrambling Battery

7 x Each racial ECM

2 x Shield Hardeners (Ballistic)
2 x Shield Hardeners (Explosion)
1 x Shield Hardeners (Heat)

2 x Turret (Medium Artillery)
2 x Turret (Small Artillery)
4 x Turret (Medium Auto)
3 x Turret (Small Auto)


This fit uses up all powergrid and CPU, but we're not sure whether we have enough defenses to deter most players or whether we should really add a warp disruptor... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It's always a good idea to anchor some extra mods which you can online if you need them. I'd def. get some neuts and more guns.

Whether or not you're going to get evicted depends much more on where you set up (some holes are more popular than others ...) and how you treat your fellow wormholers.

You'll need a reactor and 4 silos online for polymer reactions.

Due to weapons range and small artillery battery tracking, I would never recommend small/medium autocannons. Those things hurt a few meters around where they're anchored and else don't do squat. Small artillery and up can apply damage about anwhere around the POS, so I'd rather get lots of small artillery and a few mediums if you got a bunch of POS gunners.

Faction neuts are dirt cheap. Get those. Try to keep one online if that's your staging POS.

If you have a reactor array, you are going to have some sort of assembly array. Just use that as storage instead of the CHA and save yourself some fitting (potentially). Although moongoo reactions in wspace aren't a great idea logistically.

put bonus hardeners and guns/neuts/webs/scrams and just leave them offline in case anyone comes for that tower booty. If you're online when it happens, offline mods as they're about to get RFed and online others.

Also train anchoring 4 and starbase defense mgmt on some alts so that you can POS gun

Guns shoot from the tower and not where they are anchored unless that has been "fixed"

also depending on budget get full faction pos mods( for the ones that are online anyway) since they are really cheap depending on what pos mod it is and they have 2x the health usually and get some gun mods and leave them offline at the pos, you can online them if your tower gets reinforced.

Make sure to anchor some capital sized guns & lots of webs. In the event your actually online to coordinate fire, those things are will alpha anything.

It's possible to exchange the regular silo for minerals for a coupling array and use much less powergrid and CPU.
