Low Sec is screwed up, not even Null Sec people want to go there without a fleet. If you start talking about changing the whole of it then a bunch of Faction Warfare people start screaming.
NPC Null Sec is a step down from SOV Null but it is a long reach from High Sec still.

Q: Capital ships (especially super capital) are doing an exceedingly well job of bypassing Jump Fatigue by using gates. While this was intended; do you still feel capitals taking gates is fine? Should taking gates add Jump Fatigue? In general; what parts do feel Jump Fatigue is doing well and what parts is it not doing as well as CCP would like?
