T2 production in WH

Hi.

I wonder if someone bother with T2 production in wormhole or all T2 modules / ships are imported. Cause all those moon reaction stuff and data sheets are no go , there IMHO. So all WH corps are doomed to import tons of products from high sec?

Yes. You will need to import a lot of things.

However, if you approach the topic from the *how many haulers do we have to send to jita to get Fleet X in*, building T1 versions and building them into T2 locally will drastically reduce the m³s you haul. That's the only advantage I can come up.

I've heard people producing things like ships and T2 production and trying to flog them around the galaxy at NPC stations where-ever connected, but they quickly ditched all that hassle of hauling in the bits needed for production, as well as the risk and small reward in focusing on random markets. Much easier to do that sort of thing elsewhere in k-space.

To be fair (with a few exceptions) even NS mostly imports finished ships and mods from HS market hubs, and export the minerals and goo needed for the T2 production to safer production places in HS.


Tho if you set up properly I think that you could make a decent amount of ISK by skimming goo using the siphons and making smaller consumables and stuff out of a WH with a NS connection.

Basically as you said, alot of importing. If you are doing rigs, not so bad as the m3 isnt very big, but modules... yeah i hope you enjoy hauling.

Siphons are a bad joke and the few mil ISK in leeched moongoo you'll make over the course of a few hours is not getting you anywhere to be honest.
