Fix to popping sounds some might still experience playing EVE

One fix I have found for some reason (Only with EVE) Vista 64 systems have an issue where if EVE start menu is set on top rather than (Auto HIde) and (Unchecking the box to stay on top) it creates a issue where EVE Online unless in (Full Screen Mode) has cracking and popping sounds which are annoying.

The fix is simply to enable Auto Hide, and Uncheck Keep Taskbar on top, this might be a similar issue in Windows 7, and possibly windows 8.

No one seems to understand why it happens this is one reason I came back to EVE today experienced the issues still going on and figured this one out.
