So yeah, pretty much what Jack said. I'll give a few refinement tips.

Warp all your dreads in first. As soon as they leave grid have your primary carrier (triage warp in also). This few seconds of staggering puts aggro on one of the dreads and gives the carrier a few seconds to do whatever the carrier guys does upon landing. Siege non aggro'd dreads as soon as they slow down. Siege the aggro'd dread as soon as aggro swaps to the carrier.

As the guardian numbers dwindle, time the second carrier to spawn the final wave w/ a few guardians left. The goal is to not waste any lock time on the dreads, but give the final wave a few moments to get into optimal slaughter range.

A practiced crew can normally get it done in 2 siege cycles w/ 2 dreads.

Chimmy is best 1st carrier. Second can be just about anything (I'd recommend another chimmy just because why make it difficult). Everything should be shield tanked (yeah even the dude that just has to bring a rev - shield tank is fine).

EXTRA STUFF

Hugins are nice adds to the fleet for webs and paints. We've even had new guys in drakes painting (not a big help, but the guy gets to be involved until he gets his pulsar bear legs steady). These aren't necessary, but take the 2 siege cycle routine to lazy mode so you can spend more time picking on each other than paying close attention to what you're doing. Keep in mind the alpha is pretty high, so buffer buffer buffer on non capital ships.

Drugs - tracking helps, but again, not necessary.

T2 siege and triage - train these.

Extra dreads - they are nice but you need 5 or so if you're going to flip sites in a single siege cycle.

Having the proper warp in point is key. If you just warp the the site button, then the process gets longer.

If you use webbers and they chase the sleepers - they tend to chase them out of optimal range - keep your subcaps orbiting the triage carrier to prevent this.

Plan B - Have some backup caps at the ready. We've found that every time 2 guys try to multi box sites in the middle of the night that lazerhawks converts all our capitals to kms. Have some replacements somewhere.

That character you are thrashtalking and responding to here isnt me, I have no reason to hide myself about it since I openly stated that I ganked you lazerpuppies back after you decided to take one of my capitals by escalating on them

I do find it enjoyable to see how easy you guys are riles up though
