I will set bounty on GiantJack and R0n4n.

Since the 4.April 2015 is this bounty hounting active on a German EvE Forum (EvEger) and it goes to the 31th May 2015

-T3 Cruiser ( 750.000.000 ISK )
-Command Ship ( especially R0n4n ) ( 500.000.000 ISK )
-Freighter ( 1.000.000.000 ISK )
-Orca ( 750.000.000 ISK )
-Slave + Crystal Set POD ( HG 1.500.000.000 ISK / MG 750.000.000 ISK / LG 500.00.000 ISK )
-T2/Pirate Cruiser ( 200.000.000 ISK ) - https://zkillboard.com/kill/46057917/ Bounty Claimed
-Marauder ( 1.250.000.000 ISK )

Excluded from this hounting are Public-Enemy and friends of Public-Enemy.

i will Pay only 1 times per shipclass. The T2/Pirat Cruiser will be payed a second time

bouty for Groups will be splitted

the first bounty was claimed by a German Player wo tried to Scam me if he makes a Duell with GiantJack and split the Money. a few Player in the german Forum means that they also want to pay some bounty on some kills but only my bounty are promised.

I offer my services as a reputable third party to hold this isk for the duration of this contract. You will find no bounty hunters among us without such a guarantee of this isk going to the appropriate claims. Others will confirm my trustworthiness. I also recommend using Chribba, Mo, Danalee, Leto and Bluemelon if my services are deemed inappropriate for this task.

But what guarantee do the bounty hunters of C&P have with no reputable third party ISK holding service?

That's because you never used a trusted 3'rd party to hold the ISK. Nobody is going to stick their neck out to claim a bounty that may or may not exist.
