Returning 38m SP Noob LF a place to grow

Returning after about four months of inactivity and many years of not knowing what to do. I'm a 38m SP combat PVE/mining structured pilot who likes running most lvl 4 missions, mining, and exploring anomalies in high/low sec. Very limited in PVP player skills; it would be nice to improve these.
I'm 28, live in California, and work full time. I'm available to play from 3pm-9pm PST pm weekdays and usually anytime on the weekends.
It would be nice to find an established and structured Corp with motivating and informative leaders, 15 members or more, laid back attitude (RL come's first), and flies in Amarr space (although I could relocate). The goal is to learn the game further for it to become more enjoyable.

Tribute is dead center in Null sec and will fufil all your mining and PvE needs with regular PvP excusions to keep boredom at bay.

Now, you with your limited experience might think this is out of your legue or too scary, null sec is evil, but let me assure you that Null sec is the safest space you can find, with fantastic intel channels, standing defense fleets filled to the brim with blood thirsty pilots, nothing gets away. So you can Mine and PvE in 99% safety (more effective than a condom).
