Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Six times now in about a week (4 times yesterday) I've arrived at a wormhole as a scout and wasn't able to go through or activate it. Neither clicking the jump button on the UI or right clicking and selecting "enter wormhole" worked. I was not lagging, it was seemingly random, I could warp around, talk, see other people moving, but I could not jump through ANY of the wormholes in that system when this occurs. The only thing I have found to remedy this is to log off and it works once again.

It seems random to me, I can enter most wormholes, but suddenly without any change or warning I won't be able to in the entire system. No warning, no messages, no indication that it's doing anything. The other buttons work, all other functions seem normal.

I was wondering if anybody has seen this. I wasn't too concerned at first but it resulted in an expensive corpmate loss yesterday and almost one of mine so its now quite a bit more annoying.
