Looking for a starter character that is ready or soon to be ready for PvP. Prefer gallente ships(frigates/destroyeres) but will look at any race. Should have good support skills in Engineering as well as the races native tanking skills. Thanks for your time.

Edit: ive viewed all posts up to 11. Havent seen exactly what im looking for yet though. Thank you all for posting so far.
