Why not introduce a 3th and 4th script for Tracking Disruptors (optimal and tracking) that doesn't affect the ship you're targeting but the drones it controls? Effect could be reduced a bit for balancing reasons...

I mean, there are Omnidirectional tracking enhancers, this would be the counter for it.

Dominix has the same double bonus to Tracking & Optimal, which at one point was 10%, now it's 7.5%.
