I originally thought it was Chinese cats who are a members of Goonswarm who were responsible.

Then I investigated and found out it was really *******socket closed********

To buck the popular trend, I began to Rage Start instead of Rage Quit.

...and every time I get another piece of Carbon, I know exactly what CCP is getting this Christmas.

I haven't really played all week, seems like any time i try to get actively engaged with the game i get disconnected, id say I log in to change my skill queue, but that is a lie now, I guess habit, habit is why I log in, because something might happen, something might not.

What a weird game. Don't even have to play, to play. Bi winning I suppose. I mean EFT is eve offline for the most part. Would be neat if you could have a programable battle sim, where you input the variables and can pause and adjust headings, add fleets etc. I guess ill go play in F+I Ghost thread now. o7

Well, the last blog they posted was about banning the macro'ers, from the Fanfest.

Maybe the fix to the DDoS is to post another blog, hopefully something uplifting, announcing some new feature or something.

Rear-view camera right-click menu should also give the option to start the character customization interface, so we can apply makeup.

I have been wondering ... what if there is a small key that clients send to connect and if that is not sent then the connection is quickly refused and that IP barred for X minutes?

What would stop them just sending the small key with the DDOS packets?

There are numerous ways to counter a DDOS, the problem is there's no surefire way to prevent it. Given enough information and resources people will still be able to DDOS the servers.
