Pipebombing creates a magnitude more lag than targeting something and shooting it. That's just the reality of it. And in highsec, where the servers are not expected to take that kind of load, it's going to hit far harder than nullsec.

I'm trying to imagine how CCP could introduce bump mechanics and the things connected to it in to an NPE without making EVE and themselves look like complete meatheads. They could do it from either side of the coin, it still looks like a circus sideshow.

- First, many people were on alts that had no API on any KB, so there are not all 55+ shipkills uploaded.
Second, have this: Machs ~25b, Fits (we bought a lot of stuff to refit for different occasions and skills) ~5b, PLEX sponsored to some people to take part who had inactive accounts: ~9b. And if you add those numbers, and a bit of isk for needed parts like a pos, you might maaaybe get to 40b. Oh btw... there is still fit leftovers, haven't sold them yet.

- Easy to answer. Try to gather 50+ people from this many alliances and places AND THEN find a date where EVERYBODY has time for this event. THIS took the month.
