So this is the FOURTH (maybe 5th) time in under a week? When is the number of times we need to hit for reimbursement? 7? 10?

You cant say if this happens and even if TQ is fine and aint ccps fault external blah blah blah etc etc, but happens like 10days in a month that even if TQ is fine "" but we cant connect to is that we dont DESERVE to be reimbursed.

So what is the magic number of days in a 1month sub where you cant connect to TQ that they reimburse you? Has to be less that 15 (half month)
