Before the changes i knew that you could fit your ship to be unscannable with the following formula :
SigRadius \ SenStrength < 1.08

I know thats no longer the case but i havent find any resourse that indicates what the new formula is.From my understanding we cant be unscannable anymore but it would still be very hard for someone to scan you down ( a perfect probing fit needed?).

Any info on what the new formula is would be much appreciated.

The only difference is that it caps the effective ratio out at 1.08 now, so it's impossible to get greater than 1.08 effective ratio (and therefore impossible to be completely unprobable). The exact fits that were used before as 'unprobable' are now 'unprobable except for an all 5s prober with Virtues in a rigged probing ship'.
