Caldari cosmos standings spillover question

I've done all the missions from two different Caldari cosmos agents and got Caldari standing increases for both. However it seems the standing gain doesn't spill over to other factions (that is, no Amarr standings gained).

Is it like that for all the Caldari cosmos missions or just some? I've definitely gotten spillover standings from the Amarr cosmos missions.

Correction: I did actually lose Gallente standings

There's a standings value the Amarr Empire has towards the Caldari State. In fact, all the different factions are related towards one another that way.

If your Amarr standings are already above that level you will no longer get derived faction standing increases by doing Caldari storyline missions.

I think the value is 8.0, but am not sure; it might be 7.0. There is a table somewhere; I'm sure DMC will be here shortly with a link to it.

The relations are as follows
Caldari State > Amarr Empire 7.0
Amarr Empire > Caldari State 5.0

My current modified Amarr standing is 6.29, my modified Caldari standing 5.32. I did get spillover standing from my last Amarr standing gain but didn't get any from Caldari standing gains.

Working for Amarr will increase Caldari Faction up to +7.00 standing, working for Caldari will increase Amarr Faction up to +5.00 standing.
