Should character trades also include the SKINS bought by the player?

Falcon, now I know there isnt any chance of you actually reading this, but has CCP thought about moving character sales from the forum to a webpage so that someone looking to buy a character can browse all the contents of the character, and make an offer (which would message the owner immediately on every character of their account or other accounts specified) that someone had made an offer and what it was?

just seems like it would clean things up, and allow people to search through several "pages" of characters without having to check the thread of each one, as you could put in character parameters to display only characters youd be interested in buying.

It would also make character sale scams nearly impossible to misrepresent as everything it itemized and listed and presented to the buyer by a CCP program, rather than stated in the thread OP by seller
