So lets say I have a super cap in the cooker and the IHUB gets destroyed. What happens to my supercap build? Does it pause until the system is upgraded again or does it just affect me in terms of starting the production.

Your production will keep on going.

sounds like a mechanic that should be changed. I would prefer that if the IHUB and indexes get reset then it should at least pause the build.

Industry jobs do a requirement/skill check at installation. The additional server load for rechecking every whatever period of time is not worth it. CSAA containing POS will probably get destroyed before the ihub.

"This upgrade allows alliances to anchor Supercapital Ship Assembly Arrays at their starbases in a solar system."

If a system were to lose SOV, it would have to trigger an event to:
* Find all towers anchored in the system.
* Find all modules associated with the control tower.
* Find all CSAA associated with the control tower.
and set the CSAA offline or something.

The starbase code is in such bad shape that CCP has thrown-in the towel, and replacing it all. There is no way they'd want to dig into the old code.
